Anthony Franklin
Entrepreneur
My name is Anthony, and I am buying one software business from a founder who cares about what happens after they hand over the keys. This isn’t about financial engineering or flipping companies. I plan to personally lead and operate the business. With 15 years in software, I’ve spent my career building go-to-market teams, growing products, and solving real customer problems. I know the pride that comes with shipping thoughtful code, landing a major Fortune 500 deal, and the responsibility you feel toward your team and users. When you're ready to step back, I step in—not to tear things apart, but to build on what you've created. My goal is to carry your vision forward, invest in upskilling your team, and keep building innovative solutions your customers can count on. If that sounds like the kind of buyer you’d trust with your legacy, let’s talk.

What We Look For
We’re not looking for fixer-uppers or turnarounds. We’re looking for solid, thoughtfully built software businesses that reflect years of care and commitment from a founder who knows their customers well. If you're proud of what you’ve built and are thinking about the next chapter, here’s what we’re typically looking for:
B2B Software Products
Especially vertical or niche solutions with clear product-market fit and a loyal customer base.Profitable (at least $500K in EBITDA)
We respect businesses that are capital-efficient and sustainable, whether bootstrapped or lightly funded.Annual Revenue Between $1M–$5M
That sweet spot where the foundation is strong, but there’s still room to grow.Founders Who Care
We love working with builders who’ve spent years solving meaningful problems and want their work to last.Great Management Teams
We’re not interested in slashing teams—we’re here to invest in them, support them, and help them grow.
